DESCRIPTION:
    This plugins is used as timer source with variable format supported. Format string defines how timer output will be formatted. Timer internalvalue is measured in miliseconds

NOTES:
    Some samples format string: 
    m:SS        - football like timer, "61:00" 
    HH:MM:SS:FF - SMPTE timecode, "00:01:22:00" 
    HH:MM:SS:FF - SMPTE timecode, "00:01:22:00" 
    MM:SS.DDD   - high resulotion with miliseconds


PARAMETRS:

    's_format' - Timer format

    'l_trig_start' - Start counting trigger

    'l_trig_stop' - Stop counting trigger

    'l_trig_reset' - Reset values counting trigger

    'l_trig_cont' - Continue counting trigger

    'l_start_value' - Reset values counting trigger

    'l_stop_value' - Continue counting trigger
